Cape Town Convention definition

Cape Town Convention means the official English language text of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Cape Town Convention with respect to that country, the Cape Town Convention as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).
Cape Town Convention means the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and its Protocol on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, concluded in Cape Town on 16 November 2001.
Cape Town Convention means collectively, the official English language text of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment (the “Convention”), the Protocol to the Convention on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment and the regulations and procedures enacted by the Supervisory Authority of the International Registry thereunder.
