International Registry Procedures definition

International Registry Procedures means the official English language text of the procedures for the International Registry issued by the supervisory authority thereof pursuant to the Convention and the Aircraft Protocol, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time.

  • No searching person shall have access to the International Registry unless that person is first in compliance with these Regulations and the International Registry Procedures.

  • No registry user shall have access to the International Registry unless that user is first electronically approved as such by the administrator of the subject registry user entity and is otherwise in compliance with these Regulations and the International Registry Procedures.

  • The Registrar shall perform the functions specified in the Convention, the Protocol, these Regulations and the International Registry Procedures.

  • Subject to these Regulations and in accordance with the International Registry Procedures, a registration may only be effected, with an authorization, by a registering person, on behalf of the transacting user entity, which is a named party required or permitted to effect that registration under Article 20 of the Convention and Article III of the Protocol.

  • The International Registry shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except if precluded by maintenance performed outside peak periods, or technical or security problems, as set out in the International Registry Procedures.

  • To the extent such information is not so provided, it shall be electronically entered by a registering person using the format prescribed in the International Registry Procedures, except as regards named parties (other than those whose consent is not required under Section 5.8) because they must be approved transacting user entities.

  • A Contracting State search may also be made, as set out in Section 7.5. A search may be performed by any person who complies with the International Registry Procedures, whether or not that searching person has a specific interest.

  • For example, Section 9.5 of the International Registry Procedures restricts the helpdesk to technical support only – they may not answer legal questions.

  • International Registry means the international registry established pursuant to the Cape Town Treaty.

  • International Register means the official collection of data concerning international registrations maintained by the International Bureau, which data the Agreement, the Protocol or the Regulations require or permit to be recorded, irrespective of the medium in which such data are stored;

  • National Registry means the National Registry of Practising Lawyers established under the National Mobility Agreement;

  • National Register of Historic Places means the list of districts, sites, buildings, structures, and objects significant in American history, architecture, archaeology, engineering and culture, authorized by the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended, and administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service. The list of Properties on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida is available from the Division.

  • Central registry means the system maintained at the department that is used to keep a record of all reports filed with the department under this act in which relevant and accurate evidence of child abuse or child neglect is found to exist.

  • Applicable Depositary Procedures means, with respect to any transfer or transaction involving a Book-Entry Preferred Security, the rules and procedures of the Depositary for such Book-Entry Preferred Security, in each case to the extent applicable to such transaction and as in effect from time to time.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Advanced practice registered nurse means an advanced practice registered nurse

  • National Register has the same meaning as in section 3 of the National Act. National RTO Standards means the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 (Cth) and its User Guide.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Associated Procedures means those procedures and/or statements that have been adopted by the Underwriter, the Adviser, a Fund or the Compliance Department, and which are designed to supplement this Code and its provisions.

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Shelf Procedures means the rules and procedures established pursuant to NI 44-102;

  • Central Register has the meaning specified in Section 3.05.
