Capital Appreciation Obligations definition

Capital Appreciation Obligations means Non-Ad Valorem Obligations that bear interest, compounded semiannually, that is payable only at maturity or upon redemption prior to maturity in amounts determined by reference to the Compounded Amounts.
Capital Appreciation Obligations means the Obligations designated as Capital Appreciation Obligations in the Supplemental Indenture providing for the issuance of such Obligations and on which interest is compounded and paid at maturity or on prior redemption.
Capital Appreciation Obligations means, collectively, the Obligations designated as Capital Appreciation Obligations in a Supplemental Indenture, if any, and with respect to which interest is accreted and compounded semiannually and is payable only at Maturity.

More Definitions of Capital Appreciation Obligations

Capital Appreciation Obligations means warrants or other debt obligations that do not pay interest on a current basis to the Holders thereof, but rather accrete in value over time as provided in the Indenture or Supplemental Indenture pursuant to which such obligations are issued.
Capital Appreciation Obligations means any Obligations as to which interest is payable only at the maturity or prior redemption of such Permitted Debt.

  • Capital Appreciation Bonds means Bonds issued under this Master Indenture and any Supplemental Indenture as to which interest is compounded periodically on each of the applicable periodic dates designated for compounding and payable in an amount equal to the then-current Accreted Value only at the maturity or earlier redemption thereof, all as so designated in a Supplemental Indenture of the Issuer providing for the issuance thereof.

  • Cash Performance Award means an Award that is denominated by a cash amount to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof and payable based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.

  • Replacement Award means an Award granted in assumption of, or in substitution for, an outstanding award previously granted by a company or business acquired by the Company or with which the Company, directly or indirectly, combines.

  • Energy Performance Score means the numeric rating generated by Portfolio Manager that compares the Energy usage of the building to that of similar buildings.

  • Award Value means the value, in dollars, of an award made to a Participant and as stated in the applicable Award Agreement, which is provided under the Plan in the form of PSUs or RSUs, as the case may be.
