Capital Contribution Note definition

Capital Contribution Note means any promissory note, substantially in the form of Exhibit N, made by the Company in favor of any Affiliate thereof evidencing Indebtedness permitted pursuant to Section 11.2(e) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof.
