If any such Business Plan Variation and/or Budget Variation is not approved by the requisite Board resolution as aforesaid or (if and as applicable) by Grab and Singtel as a Shareholders’ Reserved Matter, the Initial Business Plan (including the Budget and Capital Contribution Schedule contained therein) shall continue to apply.
