Capital Expenditure Note definition

Capital Expenditure Note means a promissory note of the Borrower payable to any Capital Expenditure Lender, in substantially the form of Exhibit B-1 hereto, evidencing the aggregate Indebtedness of the Borrower to such Capital Expenditure Lender resulting from the Capital Expenditure Loans made by such Capital Expenditure Lender.
Capital Expenditure Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.
Capital Expenditure Note shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.05(a).

More Definitions of Capital Expenditure Note

Capital Expenditure Note means the Borrower's promissory note payable to the order of the Lender in substantially the form of Exhibit D hereto and any note or notes issued in substitution therefor, as the same may hereafter be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
