Capital Replacement Account definition

Capital Replacement Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).
Capital Replacement Account means the account opened or to be opened by a Group of Producers for the purposes referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement; and
Capital Replacement Account is defined in Section 11.5. “City” shall mean the City of Alameda.

Capital Replacement Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c). "Cash Adjustment" has the meaning set forth in Section 20.1(d). "Charge" has the meaning set forth in Article 11 hereof. "Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. "Commencement Date" has the meaning set forth in Article 1. "Condemnation" means the transfer of all or any part of the Leased Property as a result of (i) the exercise of any governmental power, whether by legal proceedings or otherwise, by a Condemnor or (ii) a voluntary sale or transfer by Lessor to any Condemnor, either under threat of condemnation or while legal proceedings for condemnation are pending. "Condemnor" means any public or quasi-public authority, or private corporation or individual, having the power of Condemnation. "Consolidated Financial Statements" means for any fiscal year or other accounting period for Lessee and its respective consolidated Affiliates, audited statements of earnings and retained earnings and of changes in financial position for such period and for the period from the beginning of the respective fiscal year of Lessee to the end of such period and the related balance sheet as at the end of such period, together with the notes thereto, all in reasonable detail and setting forth in comparative form the corresponding figures for the corresponding period in the preceding fiscal year of Lessee, and prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied, except as noted.

Related to Capital Replacement Account

  • Capital Replacement means the replacement of those items listed on Exhibit F.
