Capitalized Interest Fund definition

Capitalized Interest Fund means the Fund by that name created in Section 5.01(b) hereof and further described in Section 5.03 hereof.
Capitalized Interest Fund means the capitalized interest fund established for the Bonds under the Bond Indenture which shall be funded with proceeds of the Bonds in an amount sufficient to cover payment of accrued interest on the Bonds from the date of issuance of the Bonds through the Commencement Date plus any additional period permitted under Tennessee law.
