Examples of Capitation Fees in a sentence
Notwithstanding any other provision in this Section 5.2(b), the Proponents (or after the Effective Date, the Plan Administrator) and any holder of an Allowed Subsidiary Debtor Secured Claim may agree to any alternate treatment of such Allowed Subsidiary Debtor Secured Claim; provided, that such treatment shall not provide a return to such holder having a present value as of the Effective Date in excess of the amount payable under Section 5.2(b)(i).
In no event however, shall the aggregate total amount carried forward by Blue Shield from the Out-of-Network POS Professional Services Fund and the Out-of-Network POS Institutional Services Fund exceed five percent (5%) of the POS Capitation Fees paid to IPA during the Agreement Year.
Except as otherwise provided in this Article IV, BSC-HMO shall pay IPA the Capitation Fees set forth in Schedule E on a monthly basis no later than the twentieth (20th) day of each month.
From the Claims Fund, Plan will pay (1) the Capitation Fees and PCP Fee-for-Service Fees described in Section 2 and (2) all other costs and charges (to include incurred but not reported) for Covered services and other benefits rendered to Assigned Members by any provider.
Any material modification to the services set forth in Schedule A made by BSC-HMO shall be accompanied by an appropriate modification of the Capitation Fees set forth in Schedule E.
