CARB certified definition

CARB certified means a vapor recovery system, equipment, or any component thereof, for which the California Air Resources Board (CARB) has evaluated its performance and issued an Executive Order.
CARB certified means a vehicle that has been certified as a ZEV or a Transitional Zero Emission Vehicle and issued an Executive Order by CARB in accordance with the provisions of the California ZEV Regulation (Section 1962(e), Title 13, CCR).
CARB certified means, with respect to a vapor recovery system, that the system has been certified in an executive order of the CARB.
