Subsequent Approval definition

Subsequent Approval means a City approval or permit, which is not otherwise provided for in this Agreement, and which is reasonably necessary for completion of the Project as reasonably determined by the City.
Subsequent Approval means any other land use approvals, entitlements, or permits from the City other than the Approvals, that are consistent with the Approvals and that are necessary or advisable for the implementation of the Near-Term Projects, including without limitation, demolition permits, grading permits, site permits, building permits, residential hotel permits to convert, lot line adjustments, sewer and water connection permits, encroachment permits, street improvement permits, certificates of occupancy, transit stop relocation permits, subdivision maps, lot mergers and re-subdivisions. A Subsequent Approval shall also include any amendment to the foregoing land use approvals, entitlements, or permits, or any amendment to the Approvals that are sought by CPMC and approved by the City in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement. No Approvals or Subsequent Approvals for the Long-Term Projects have been granted as part of this Agreement.

A Subsequent Approval shall also include any amendment to the foregoing land use approvals, entitlements, or permits, or any amendment to the Approvals that are sought by Developer and approved by the City in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement.

  • At such time as any Subsequent Approval applicable to the Project is approved by the City, then such Subsequent Approval shall become subject to all the terms and conditions of this Development Agreement applicable to the Initial Project Approvals and shall be treated as a “Project Approval” under this Development Agreement.

A Subsequent Approval shall also include any amendment to the foregoing land use approvals, entitlements, or permits, or any amendment to the Approvals that are sought by Developer and approved by the City in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement.
Subsequent Approval means any and all land use, environmental, building and development approvals, entitlements and/or permits that are necessary or desirable to develop and operate the Project on the Property required subsequent to the Effective Date, including, without limitation, amendments or other modifications to any Initial Approvals; boundary changes; tentative and final subdivision maps, parcel maps and lot line adjustments; subdivision improvement agreements; development review; site plan review; conditional use permits; design review; Building Permits; grading permits; encroachment permits; Certificates of Occupancy; formation of financing districts or other financing mechanisms; and any amendments thereto (administrative or otherwise).
Subsequent Approval. Permits or approvals required under Applicable City Regulations to develop, use and operate the Project and applied for, considered or granted after the Adoption Date of this Agreement. Subsequent Approvals may include, without limitation, the following: amendments of the City Approvals, design review approvals, improvement agreements, encroachment permits, use permits, variances, grading permits, public improvement permits, building permits, tree removal permits, lot line adjustments, sewer and water connection permits, certificates of occupancy, subdivision maps, Preliminary and Final PUD permits, rezonings, development agreements, permits, resubdivisions, condominium maps or approvals, and any amendments to, or repealing of, any of the foregoing.
Subsequent Approval means any Approval that results from a Subsequent Application.
Subsequent Approval means an approval that is granted by the City after the Effective Date, related to the Property, and requested by or agreed upon by Landowner in writing. A Subsequent Approval includes, but is not limited to, any amendment to or modification of a Project Approval.
Subsequent Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b).
Subsequent Approval means those City permits, entitlements, approvals or other grants of authority (and all text, terms and conditions of approval related thereto), that may be necessary or desirable for the development of the Project, that are sought by Developer, and that are granted by City after the City Council adopts the Approving Ordinance (defined below), including without limitation, a City Resolution of Application for Annexation and subdivision maps and any subdivision document.
