Weber County assigns to Qnergy, during the Term, the exclusive rights, full title, claim and ownership of all Environmental Attributes and Carbon Offset Credits associated with the collection and destruction of Landfill Gas, by the Methane Mitigation Project.
Carbon Offset Credits and hence the basis for the Contingent Payments to Weber County depend entirely on market, regulatory and other factors beyond Qnergy’s control.
