Cardiologist Employee means a Physician who provides Cardiology Services in the Reno/Sparks Geographic Area as an employee of Renown Health and who, prior to providing Contract Services for Renown Health, offered Cardiology Services as a Participant in SNCA or as a Participant in Reno Heart.
