Carrier Permits definition

Carrier Permits means all Permits owned or licensed by any of the Parties or any member of their respective Groups used or held for use solely or primarily in the Carrier Business immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Carrier Permits means the licenses, permits and the like that are required by Federal or state regulations to operate the truck transportation business of L&L Leasing, Inc.
