Carry-In definition

Carry-In means the repair strategy of the Product’s transportation, custom duties (if any) and insurance cost (if applicable) of sending to/from the ASPs shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Carry-In. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Covered Products must be delivered and picked up by You at Our authorized service center during normal business hours. It will be Your responsibility to bring above ground pumps and ladders into the Selling Retailer or to the authorized servicer for repair. You will be given instructions by the Administrator or Selling Retailer. Costs associated with de-installation, transportation, and re-installation of portable spas for failures that require repairs to be done at Our authorized service center are not covered under this Agreement. • On Site: Service will be performed at Your home only for spas, in-ground pumps, pool liners, pool frames and wall repairs. All other products will be carry-in as specified above. The authorized service center may opt to remove the Covered Product to perform service in-shop. Your Covered Product will be returned upon completion.
