AUTHORIZED SERVICER definition

AUTHORIZED SERVICER. REPRESENTATIVE: Those Servicer representatives, authorized to execute a Request for Release on behalf of the Servicer, whose name and facsimile signature appear on a list furnished to the Trustee by the Servicer on the Closing Date pursuant to this Agreement, as such list may be amended by the Servicer from time-to-time. BANKRUPTCY CODE: Title 11 of the United States Code.
AUTHORIZED SERVICER means the technician assigned to you by us, in the event of a Breakdown, to perform repair or replacement services to Covered Equipment on our behalf.
AUTHORIZED SERVICER the repair facility that has been authorized by Us to perform repair services covered under this Contract for a Claim.

  • In the event of a covered Mechanical Breakdown, We will reimburse You for reasonable pickup (towing) charges, not to exceed fifty dollars ($50), which You incur to have Your Vehicle picked up and taken to an Authorized Servicer.

  • Subservicer means any Person that services Receivables on behalf of the Servicer or any Subservicer and is responsible for the performance (whether directly or through Subservicers or Subcontractors) of a substantial portion of the material servicing functions required to be performed by the Servicer under this Agreement that are identified in Item 1122(d) of Regulation AB.

  • Master Servicer means the master servicer appointed as provided in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer means the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the context may require.

  • Primary Servicer Prudential Asset Resources, Inc., or any successor thereto (as primary servicer) appointed as provided in the Primary Servicing Agreement.
