Carts definition

Carts means those plastic containers with a capacity of less than 202 gallons (one cubic yard). Carts shall have a fixed lid and are designed for automated and/or semi-automated collection of solid waste, organic yard waste and/or designated recyclables by the City or its franchise agent.
