Caseloads definition

Caseloads. The caseload limit for Special Education Teachers shall be fifteen (15) students. In the event that ASPIRA must temporarily exceed this limit, the employee shall have the option of receiving an additional preparation period or the option to be paid an additional amount of thirty-five dollars ($35) per student for each month the caseload exceeds fifteen (15) students. The students on a special education teacher’s caseload will be in at least one of the classes taught or co-taught by that teacher. Special education teachers shall additionally receive a stipend of $500 for each IEP written above the maximum of fifteen (15).

  • Caseloads shall be assigned by the public agency in a prudent and equitable manner, based on the time required to properly serve the needs of the students with disabilities involved, as determined by the evaluation process and resulting in the IEP.

Caseloads in excess of this amount shall result in additional FTE assigned to the program, or added to existing staff if they are agreeable to serving additional students.

  • Caseload as used in this chapter, means:

  • Load means energy consumed by Customers together with allocated losses and unaccounted for energy;

  • Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;

  • Sanitary Sewer System means all facilities, including ap- proved LOSS, used in the collection, transmission, storage, treatment, or discharge of any waterborne waste, whether domestic in origin or a combination of domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater.   • Sewer System means pipelines or conduits, pumping stations, force mains, vehicles, vessels, conveyances, injection wells, and all other constructions, devices, and appliances appurtenant thereto used for conducting sewage or industrial waste or other wastes to a point of ultimate disposal or disposal to any water of the state. To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.

  • Plumbing system means water supply distribution and disposal piping on the premises, including appliances and equipment attached thereto, between their connection points to a public or private system.

  • Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) installed by the Company and uses to measure Electricity and delivery by the Company and receipt by the BPDB of Net Energy Output. The Metering System shall be owned and maintained by the Company.

  • Biomass means the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin from agriculture (including vegetal and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries and aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste;

  • Tank system means a hazardous waste storage or treatment tank and its associated ancillary equipment and containment system.

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Design-bid-build means a project delivery method in which:

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Disconnect means the disabling of circuitry preventing both outgoing and incoming communications.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Trunk means a communication line between two switching systems.

  • Filter means material placed in the useful beam to preferentially absorb selected radiations.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Motorized bicycle means any vehicle that either has two tandem wheels or one wheel in the front and two wheels in the rear, that is capable of being pedaled, and that is equipped with a helper motor of not more than fifty cubic centimeters piston displacement that produces no more than one brake horsepower and is capable of propelling the vehicle at a speed of no greater than twenty miles per hour on a level surface.

  • Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

  • Feed means feed as defined in point (4) of Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002;

  • Slug loading means any pollutant, including oxygen demanding pollutants, released in a discharge at a flow rate and/or pollutant concentration as to cause interference in the POTW.
