Cash Element definition

Cash Element means that discretionary managed part of the Portfolio which includes the Cash Account, and the Liquidity Fund, with the aim of providing access to capital.
Cash Element means an amount equal to One Hundred Million Dollars ($100,000,000), which amount is subject to allocations, prorations and adjustments set forth in the Agreement, including without limitation, Section 2.06 thereof.   • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.
