Cash Loads definition

Cash Loads monies maintained on either Issuer's riverboat in slot machines, vaults, cages and other locations on such riverboat for purposes of operating and reserve cash.

  • Cash Advances These are from cash advances and cash equivalent transactions you make with your account. “Special Offers” These are from your use of the account to take advantage of special, introductory, or promotional offers we make available to you at times. Each such transaction may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category. “Eligible Purchases” These are from purchases of goods and services you make with your account (a) at certain merchants or of specified types listed in the Schedule; and (b) in which a single or multiple items are purchased in the same transaction totaling certain amounts as listed in the Schedule. Each Eligible Purchase may be kept track of separately on your statement and may be treated as its own Balance Category. For purposes of this definition, samples that are taken to determine the net loading shall always be 24-hour composite samples made up of at least six increments taken at regular intervals throughout the plant day.

A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.

  • Exit Load means Load on repurchase/Redemption of Units.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Generating Facility means Developer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Developer’s Attachment Facilities.

  • Volumetric Production Payments means production payment obligations recorded as deferred revenue in accordance with GAAP, together with all undertakings and obligations in connection therewith.

  • Rack means a mechanism for delivering motor vehicle fuel or diesel from a refinery or terminal into a truck, trailer, railroad car, or other means of non-bulk transfer.

  • Manual Load Dump Warning means a notification from PJM to warn Members of an increasingly critical condition of present operations that may require manually shedding load.

  • low voltage means the set of nominal voltage levels that are used for the distribution of electricity and whose upper limit is generally accepted to be an a.c. voltage of 1000V ( or a d.c. voltage of 1500 V). [SANS 1019]

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • Electric bicycle means a “class 1 electric bicycle”, a “class 2 electric bicycle”, or a “class 3 electric bicycle” as defined in this section. (ORC 4511.01(RRR))
