Cash Loads. Cash loads are not allowed with your Card.

Cash Loads. You may add funds to your Card Account by presenting cash and the Card at participating GreenDot and Western Union reload network locations (see xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx or xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for participating merchant locations). Cash load services and products are provided by third parties. Even though we may allow use of load services to add money to your Card Account, we do not provide these services and are not responsible for any service issues that arise with them, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement. Use of a load service is subject to the terms and conditions established by the provider of such load service. Although we do not charge any fees in connection with cash loads to your Card Account, the third parties providing such load services may charge a load fee.

Cash Loads. You can add (“reload”) more money to your Card, once we have successfully verified your personal information, at any of the Authorized Retailers listed on our website or by calling into our Customer Care Center via the number at the back of your card. We may also offer other methods to reload your Card, such as online services. The terms and limits applicable to the use of these services will be disclosed at the time you conduct transactions. Cash Loads. 8.4.1 You may make a cash load into your Account via a service operated by Xxxxx'x Payment Services ("BPS") or by FDJ Services operating the Nirio brand ("FDJ"), both Sogexia's suppliers and French payment institutions authorised by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution respectively under number 16678 and 17488. 8.4.2 You may make a cash load from any BPS and/or FDJ partner point of sale ("BPS/FDJ Point"). An up- to-date map of the BPS/FDJ Points is displayed on your online Account interface. 8.4.3 To make a cash load, you must visit a BPS/FDJ Point with the amount of cash you wish to load into your Account and present the barcode displayed on your online Account interface together with your valid ID. 8.4.4 By making a cash load, you expressly authorise us to share your identity (title, first name(s) and surname(s)) with BPS and FDJ and their partners so that the BPS/FDJ Point can verify it. 8.4.5 The acceptance of your cash load may be refused by Sogexia, BPS, FDJ or any BPS/FDJ Point without having to justify the reason. 8.4.6 In the event that your cash load is accepted, a paper receipt will be issued to you by the BPS/FDJ Point. You must keep this until your Account is credited. In the event of a dispute regarding your cash load, we may ask you for a copy of this receipt. 8.4.7 Fees and limits apply to each cash load. These charges and limits are set out in Article 17. 8.4.8 Any accepted cash load is credited to your Account immediately, less any applicable fees, after Sogexia has received confirmation from BPS or FDJ of the receipt of the said cash load.

Visit our mobile app to find a Retailer near you. We may also offer other methods to reload your Card, such as online services. The terms and limits applicable to the use of these services will be disclosed at the time you enroll in the service. The maximum daily reload limit is JMD$300,000.00. The maximum amount of value that can reside on the Card at any time is JMD$300,000.00. We may, in our sole discretion, let you keep more money on your Card or have a higher daily reload limit if you have funds directly deposited to your Card by your employer or other payor. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion with or without notice to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request to reload your Card at our sole discretion. Only you may reload your Card. No second cardholder, or any other person, with the exception of members on a family card may reload your Card, and we may reject any attempt by any other person to reload your Card.

Cash Loads. You may load and reload your Card by making a payment for credit to your Card at participating Insight partner locations (contact us for the location nearest you), of up to $5,000.00 per day. Each cash load with an Insight partner must be documented with a proof of receipt at the time you make a transaction. You may load cash of up to $1,500.00 per day to your Card using a Green Dot® MoneyPak®, or up to $5,000.00 per day at any Visa ReadyLink location. Cash Load transactions may be subject to a third party fee that varies by retailer. The combined daily maximum amount of all Cash Loads to your Card and Secondary Card is $5,000.00. Any temporary waiver by us of card load limitations does not constitute a continuing agreement or represent a permanent waiver of any card load limitation. paying entity may terminate this method of payment, with or without cause, at any time. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Card at least once every 60 days from the same person or company, the person or company making the deposit will tell you every time they send us the money. You can access your Card account at xxx.XxxxxxxXxxxx.xxx to find out whether or not the deposit has been made.
