Cash Units definition

Cash Units means Units other than CPF Units or SRS Units.
Cash Units has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Cash Units means the Seller Units owned by certain ARCap Sellers in the respective amounts for such ARCap Sellers as set forth in Schedule III attached hereto.

  • As a result, any potential payment related to the accelerated vesting of such Performance Cash Units will be paid following the completion of the relevant performance period and the evaluation of whether the performance criteria have been met, and any such payment will be made to Employee at the same time other participants receive payment.

  • Participant, as the owner of Performance Cash Units granted hereunder, shall not have any rights of a stockholder, including but not limited to, the right to vote or the right to receive dividends.

  • Amounts due under paragraph 2 with respect to Performance Cash Units shall be paid as a lump sum cash payment as soon as practicable after the end of the Performance Period; provided, however, if payment is not made by 2 ½ months following the end of the Performance Period, payment will be made no later than December 31 of the calendar year following the end of the Performance Period.

  • Any Transfer of vested Performance Cash Units shall only be undertaken in compliance with Applicable Law, including applicable securities laws and Company policies.

  • In the Committee’s discretion, the Company shall have the right to retain a sufficient amount of cash underlying the then vesting Performance Cash Units held by Participant to cover the amount required to be withheld, or to withhold such amount from any other amounts due to Participant by the Company, subject to Applicable Law.

  • Participant is hereby awarded ___ Performance Cash Units, representing Participant’s Target Award, subject in all respects to the terms of this Award Agreement, including Schedule A, and the Plan, as of the Effective Date.

  • In the event of a Change of Control, the provisions of Section 13.03 of the Plan shall apply to this award of Cash Units.


More Definitions of Cash Units

Cash Units means a conditional entitlement to an award of cash as described in paragraph 3 of this Schedule 2;
Cash Units. ’ means the outstanding stock appreciation rights of the Company granted under the Cash Unit Plans;
Cash Units means the credits to a Participant's Cash Account under Article VII of the Plan, each of which represents the right to receive $1.00 upon settlement of the Cash Accounts.

Related to Cash Units

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 3.3.

  • Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.

  • Deferred Shares means an award made pursuant to Section 7 of this Plan of the right to receive Common Shares at the end of a specified Deferral Period.

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”
