Catastrophic Loss means any loss due to mine subsidence, fire,

More Definitions of Catastrophic Loss

Catastrophic Loss means an Event of Loss with respect to the Pipeline for which the total Loss Proceeds payable in respect of the lost or damaged Property are greater than $100,000,000.

For clarity, Crude Oil does not include Gathered Crude. “Crude Oil Gains and Losses” means any difference (positive or negative) for a stated period between the volume of Crude Oil purchased by Supplier from one or more Counterparties and the corresponding volume that is actually delivered to Coffeyville at the Delivery Point, which results from in-transit gains and losses, including any spill, but excluding any Catastrophic Loss.
