Catastrophe means a condition or occurrence that interferes with the ability of a district to comply with the requirements of the PIA, including:
Catastrophe means a natural occurrence including but not limited to fire, earthquake, tornado, windstorm, flood, or hail storm, which damages or destroys residential real estate.
