Cayman Proceedings definition

Cayman Proceedings means the proceeding in the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands with Cause No. FSD 157 of 2020 (ASCJ).
Cayman Proceedings means the provisional liquidation of the Purchaser being performed in the Cayman Islands in relation to which Simon Appell and Gordon MacRae were appointed as the joint provisional liquidators (the “Joint Provisional Liquidators”) on March 20, 2012.

Claim means a “claim” against a Debtor, as such term is defined in section 101(5) of the Bankruptcy Code. Class means any group of Claims or Interests classified under this Plan pursuant to section 1122(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.Collateral means any Asset of an Estate that is subject to a Lien securing the payment or performance of a Claim, which Lien is valid and has not been avoided under the Bankruptcy Code or applicable nonbankruptcy law.Confirmation Date means the date on which the clerk of the Bankruptcy Court enters the Confirmation Order.Confirmation Hearing means the hearing to be held by the Bankruptcy Court regarding confirmation of this Plan, as such hearing may be adjourned or continued from time to time.Confirmation Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court, together with all exhibits, appendices, supplements, and related documents, confirming this Plan pursuant to section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Debtors, the Creditors’ Committee, the Requisite Plan Sponsors, and, to the extent set forth in the Plan Support Agreement, Milestone and the Individual Creditor Parties.Consenting Creditor Parties means the Milestone Parties, the Plan Sponsors, the Creditors’ Committee, the Individual Creditor Parties, and the Additional Consenting Parties.
