CCAA Implementation Date means the date on which the CCAA Plan is implemented or becomes effective or, in the alternative, a transaction for the sale of all or substantially all of the assets of JustEnergy is completed.
Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.
Implementation Plan means the schedule included in the Statement of Work setting forth the sequence of events for the performance of Services under the Statement of Work, including the Milestones and Milestone Dates.
State implementation plan or “SIP” means the plan adopted by the state of Iowa and approved by the Administrator which provides for implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of such primary and secondary ambient air quality standards as they are adopted by the Administrator, pursuant to the Act.
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
Project Implementation means all steps which the Grantee undertakes in order to deliver the Project which is being supported by funding provided under this Grant Contract. Any reference to UK primary legislation (Acts) or secondary legislation (Statutory Instruments) in this Grant Contract includes reference to any changes to or replacement of those Acts or Statutory Instruments.
Implementation Grant means payments towards Recurrent Expenditure incurred for the establishment of the Academy prior to it opening.
Transition Date means the date on which this contract comes into effect for all purposes. Schedule 1 (Contract Particulars)
priority date means the date of the earlier application that serves as the basis for the right of priority provided for in the Paris Convention;
Activation Date means the date upon which MLBFS shall cause the WCMA Line of Credit to be fully activated under MLPF&S' computer system as part of the WCMA Program.
Application Date means the dates set out in clause 3.1(a), by which Athletes must submit a completed Athlete Application in accordance with clause 8.3 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Leave application date means the date on which a person granted stateless leave made an application to remain in the UK as a stateless person under the immigration rules (within the meaning given in section 33(1) of the Immigration Act 1971).
Implementation Letter means the letter of even date herewith from the Borrower to the Bank setting forth the Project monitoring indicators;
Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Implementation Agreement means the Implementation Agreement dated ……… by and between the GOB, PGCB and the Company in connection with the Project, and also includes any amendment of it made from time to time;
Redetermination Date means, with respect to any Scheduled Redetermination or any Interim Redetermination, the date that the redetermined Borrowing Base related thereto becomes effective pursuant to Section 2.07(d).
Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
