CCASS Participant definition

CCASS Participant. ’ shall mean a CCASS Clearing Participant, a CCASS Custodian Participant or a CCASS Investor Participant;

CCASS Participant means any participant in CCASS for whom the CCASS Depository agrees to provide nominee service through the CCASS Nominee.

More Definitions of CCASS Participant

CCASS Participant means a person admitted for the time being by HKSCC as a participant of CCASS;
