Standard Time definition

Standard Time means eastern standard time or eastern daylight savings time, as applicable on the relevant date.

Standard Time means the solar time of the ninetieth meridian west of Greenwich.

Standard Time shall be as defined in the Company’s Policies.

Examples of Standard Time in a sentence

• All times are Central Standard Time and currency is USD unless otherwise noted.

• All times are Eastern Standard Time and currency is USD unless otherwise noted.

• Unless otherwise indicated herein, all references to time of day refer to Eastern Standard Time or Eastern daylight saving time, as in effect in New York City on such day.

• For example, if earnings are released on Wednesday at 9:30 AM Eastern Standard Time, PREG Employees cannot trade the Company’s securities until Thursday at 9:30 AM Eastern Standard Time.
