CCTV Inspection definition

CCTV Inspection means the process whereby a video camera is placed into and run through the inside of a building sewer for the purpose of detecting defects, including but not limited to cracks, breaks, offset joints, roots, sags, leaks, and illegal cross-connections. The inspection shall be witnessed and reviewed by an authorized District representative to verify the building sewer complies with the requirements.

Examples of CCTV Inspection in a sentence

  • The services shall include but not be limited to cleaning, CCTV Inspection, and annual evaluation and analysis of the sewer system for future rehab planning.

  • Heavy Storm Sewer Cleaning may be administered for storm sewers containing obstructions which were unable to be removed via the General Flush which accompanied the Initial CCTV Inspection (e.g., roots, mineral deposits, hardened grease deposits, etc.).

  • All grinding must be verified via Final CCTV Inspection (see Part I, Sections 2.1.3 and 2.3.3) to be approved for payment by MSD.

  • If the Initial CCTV Inspection indicates that 10% or more of the inside diameter of the sewer is obstructed at any point and requires Sewer Maintenance, the Contractor shall attempt to contact the MSD PM immediately for direction.

  • The City received three (3) responses to its request for proposals for the On-Call Slip Lining and CCTV Inspection Services.

  • These elements can be demonstrated among several projects, but each project shall have a component of Lining (Lateral or Sectional) and CCTV Inspection.

Related to CCTV Inspection

  • Home inspection means the on-site, physical review of the home of an applicant to assure the applicant and the home meets all health and safety requirements within these rules.

  • Lead inspection means a surface-by-surface investigation to determine the presence of lead-based

  • Initial inspection means the first on-site inspection of facilities to verify declarations submitted pursuant to Articles III, IV, V and VI and this Annex.

  • Final Inspection means the process and procedure described in UGC Section 12.
