CD Rate Note definition

CD Rate Note. Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, “CD Rate” means:
CD Rate Note with respect to such Interest Period and the interest rate with respect to this Note for any Interest Reset Date relating to such Interest Period shall be the CD Rate as adjusted by the Spread and/or the Spread Multiplier, as specified on the face hereof, as determined on the applicable CD Rate Interest Determination Date. CD Rate Notes will be subject to the Minimum Interest Rate and Maximum Interest Rate, if any.
CD Rate Note shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 105 of this Fourth Supplemental Indenture.

  • If the Interest Rate Basis is the CD Rate, this Note shall be deemed to be a “CD Rate Note.” A CD Rate Note will bear interest at the interest rate calculated with reference to the CD Rate and the Spread or Spread Multiplier, if any.

Related to CD Rate Note

  • Fixed Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a fixed rate payable in arrear on a fixed date or fixed dates in each year and on redemption or on such other dates as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan A fixed rate mortgage loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement.
