CDI definition

CDI means a CHESS Depositary Interest, being a unit of beneficial ownership in 1/5 of a share of Common Stock in the Company or such other ratio as may be adopted by the Company from time to time.
CDI means the daily average rate of the DI - Depósitos Interfinanceiros de um dia, “over extra-grupo”, expressed in the form of a percentage per annum, based upon 252 business days, calculated and published daily by the CETIP S.A. - Mercados Organizados, at the website xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xx.

CDI has the meaning set forth in the initial paragraph of this Agreement.
