CDLAC Resolution means CDLAC Resolution No. 17-51 attached hereto as Exhibit E, adopted on May 17, 2017 and relating to the Projects, as such resolution may be modified or amended from time to time.

CDLAC Resolution means Resolution No. 16-100 adopted by CDLAC on July 20, 2016, with respect to the Project.

CDLAC Resolution means CDLAC Resolution 18-113,112, adopted October 17, 2018, attached to this Regulatory Agreement as Exhibit E.

Examples of CDLAC Resolution in a sentence

For projects receiving allocations after December 31, 2016, the Bond Regulatory Agreement must incorporate the CDLAC Resolution by reference and as an attachment.
CDLAC shall be a third-party beneficiary of this Regulatory Agreement solely for purposes of enforcing the terms of the CDLAC Resolution.
CDLAC shall accordingly have contractual rights in this Regulatory Agreement and shall be entitled (but not obligated) to enforce, in accordance with Section 16 hereof, the terms hereof and the terms of the CDLAC Resolution.

CDLAC Resolution means CDLAC Resolution No. 22-238, adopted on November 30, 2022, attached to this Regulatory Agreement as Exhibit G and relating to the Project, as such resolution may be modified or amended from time to time.

CDLAC Resolution means the Resolution described in Section 7 of this Regulatory Agreement.

CDLAC Resolution means Resolution No. 17-51 adopted by CDLAC on May 17, 2017.
