CDMA Customers definition

CDMA Customers means subscribers of products and services offered by Sprint PCS and Sprint PCS Affiliates using the CDMA Network whose account is assigned to the Service Area.

  • Sprint will not waive or reduce below current levels any termination fees or other amounts payable by a customer in the Service Area in order to facilitate any CDMA Customer's transfer from CDMA Products and Services to iDEN Products and Services.

  • Sprint will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, make any promotional offers to CDMA Customers in the Service Area that are intended, or could reasonably be expected, to induce or otherwise encourage such CDMA Customers to reduce or cease the use of CDMA Products and Services in favor of iDEN Products and Services (e.g., awarding free iDEN handsets to CDMA Customers who turn in their CDMA handsets).

  • Sprint hereby grants iPCS the right to approve any discounted pricing to any "national account" headquartered in its Service Area that affects CDMA Customers in the Service Area, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

All Eligible Customers are ultimately responsible for compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  • Products and Services means the products and/or services to be sold by Vendor hereunder as identified and described on Attachment A hereto and incorporated herein, as may be updated from time to time by Vendor to reflect products and/or services offered by Vendor generally to its customers.

  • Suppliers means any person or entity, including affiliates of the Company, who locates, purchases, sells, stores and/or transports natural gas or its equivalent for or on behalf of the Company. Suppliers may include, but not be limited to, interstate pipeline transmission companies, producers, brokers, marketers, associations, intrastate pipeline transmission companies, joint ventures, providers of LNG, LPG, SNG, and other hydrocarbons used as feed-stock, other distribution companies and end-users.

  • Native Load Customers means the wholesale and retail power customers of a Transmission Owner on whose behalf the Transmission Owner, by statute, franchise, regulatory requirement, or contract, has undertaken an obligation to construct and operate the Transmission Owner’s system to meet the reliable electric needs of such customers.
