CEDR Model Mediation Procedure definition

CEDR Model Mediation Procedure means the CEDR Model Mediation Procedure in force at the Commencement Date;
CEDR Model Mediation Procedure means the model mediation procedure edition 9A as adopted by CEDR as of February 2004;
CEDR Model Mediation Procedure means the procedure referred to in Paragraph 10.5 of this E-Bulk Deed;

  • The mediation will be conducted in London, England, in accordance with the Centre of Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Model Mediation Procedure (as in force at the date of the mediation).
