Cendant Marks definition

Cendant Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(a).
Cendant Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.21.
Cendant Marks means the marks identified as “Cendant Marks” on Schedule A.

Examples of Cendant Marks in a sentence

  • Any use by the Companies or any of their Subsidiaries of any of the Cendant Marks as permitted in this Section 4.14(a) is subject to their compliance with the quality control requirements and guidelines in effect for the Cendant Marks as of the Closing Date.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the License with respect to the Cendant Marks shall be for ninety (90) days following the Effective Date (the “Cendant Mxxx License”), and immediately upon the end of such ninety (90) day period, the Cendant Mxxx License shall terminate and Licensee shall cease using the Cendant Marks as provided in Section 12.04(b)(i) – (v) with respect to cessation, removal, and destruction of the Cendant Marks.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Service mark means a word, name, symbol, or device or any combination of a word, name, symbol, or device, used by a person to identify services and to distinguish the services of that person, including a unique service, from the services of others, and to indicate the source of the services, even if that source is unknown. Titles, character names used by a person, and other distinctive features of radio or television programs may be registered as service marks notwithstanding that they, or the programs, may advertise the goods of a sponsor.

  • Licensed Use means the Licensor’s permitted use of the Licensed Data under the PSGA Member Licence. Login Details means the unique identifiers assigned to the Licensor when it entered into the PSGA Member Licence enabling access to the On-Line Ordering Service. On-Line Ordering Service means the service accessed by entering the Licensor’s Login Details where indicated on OS’s Website. OS means Ordnance Survey Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 09121572) whose registered address is at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxx, XXXXXXXXXXX, XX00 0XX. OS Data means Data (including but not limited to Licensed Data) which OS owns or which OS licenses from a third party (including but not limited to the Crown).

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials.

  • Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking;

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Restricted Territories means: (i) Cuba, Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the territory of Crimea / Sevastopol; and (ii) any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the U.S, United Nations or elsewhere.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Retained Names and Marks has the meaning specified in Section 5.07.

  • Transferred Trademarks means the Trademarks, and applications for Trademarks, included in the Transferred Registered Intellectual Property.

  • Trade name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • Nonpoint source means any project described in Section 319 of the Clean Water Act.

  • Ordinary high-water mark (NR 115.03(6)) means the point on the bank or shore up to which the presence and action of surface water is so continuous as to leave a distinctive mark such as by erosion, destruction or prevention of terrestrial vegetation, predominance of aquatic vegetation, or other easily recognized characteristics.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Product brand name means the name of the product exactly as it appears on the principal display panel of the product.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Restricted Territory means the United States of America.

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
