CenTrak Equipment definition

CenTrak Equipment means CenTrak’s hardware and other tangible products, such as Stars, Monitors, Tags and accessories such as attachments and batteries, sold by Reseller to End User.

  • This warranty is not transferable and applies only to CenTrak Equipment installed by a Reseller or an authorized CenTrak installer.

  • The Warranty Period is eighteen (18) months from the date of shipment for servers, monitors, bed connectors, pillow speakers, XXX switches, call cords, cabling, LCDs and any other Hill-Rom Provided Components (except CenTrak Equipment) other than those otherwise set forth in this paragraph.

  • Customer’s use of the CenTrak Equipment and CenTrak Software are subject to the End User License Agreement, warranty and limitations, and mandatory software maintenance pass through provisions set forth here at Exhibit B.

  • End User may not directly or indirectly use the Licensed Software independently of the units of CenTrak Equipment with which the Licensed Software interoperates, or use more copies of the Licensed Software than the intended relationship with units of CenTrak Equipment.

  • Installation of CenTrak Equipment will always be performed by CenTrak or as otherwise agreed in writing by End User and CenTrak.

  • This Warranty is not transferable and applies only to CenTrak Equipment installed by authorized properly trained and certified End User or CenTrak representative and shall be in effect so long as End User renders timely payment for System Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for each applicable CenTrak Product at each applicable site and provides access to CenTrak’s RTLS Platform Software and Connect Pulse System on a continuous basis.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.
