Central Undertaking means the whole of the business carried on by the Company, part of which is intended ■
Central Undertaking. Means the whole of the business carried on by APTA, part of which is intended to be shared to the affiliate under this agreement. “Confidential Information” Means all business information about a party to this Agreement. It includes among other things: information about businesses, methods of doing business, future plans, policies, suppliers and customers. It includes information about suppliers, agents, distributors and customers. It includes information about staff, their personal contact information and about the Intellectual Property and the “know-how”. Information of a Commercial nature such as Syllabi, training notes, and other products that can be identified with a particular operating base will not be shared between bases without the approval of the base that the intellectual property belongs to. “Agreement” Means the arrangement for operation of the affiliate’s Business, as regulated by this agreement. “CASA Approved Facility” Means the real property or premises occupied by the affiliate for the purpose of the affiliate’s Business, being Flight Training. That facility will have CASA Approval as a Flight Training Facility. “Affiliate Business” Means the business, carried on under the brand name of APTA and is being operated according to the terms of this agreement. Organisations will retain their own branding in its entirety. "Intellectual Property" Means Intellectual property of every sort of either party to this Agreement, whether or not registered or registrable in any country, including intellectual property of all kinds coming into existence after today; and including, among others, patents, trademarks, unregistered marks, designs, copyrights, Software, domain names, discoveries, Know-how, creations and inventions, together with all rights which are derived from those rights. “Know-how” Means the body of knowledge and ideas created by APTA and used in any part of the Central Undertaking at any time. “Exposition / Manual” The company conducts authorised CASR Part 141 and Part 142 activities in accordance with the requirements of: • Part 141 and Part 142 of CASR. • The Part 141 and Part 142 authorisation. • The exposition comprising of OM1 through to OM5 of the Company Operations Manual listed and associated BPM(s) and information controlled by the Operations Manual (OM) and stored on FSM or the Company Server. • Relevant Civil Aviation Legislation. Examples of Central Undertaking in a sentence

  • This Banco Central Undertaking shall become effective on the date hereof for the benefit of the Fiscal Agent and each Securityholder.

  • The waiver of immunities that Banco Central makes in this Section 8 constitutes only a limited and specific waiver for the purposes of this Banco Central Undertaking, and under no circumstances shall it be interpreted as a general waiver by Banco Central or a waiver with respect to proceedings unrelated to this Banco Central Undertaking.
