Centre Manager definition

Centre Manager means the person designated by the Centre as responsible for the functions of the Centre Manager as specified in this Constitution and the Centre Constitution (who may also be known as the Centre Secretary).
Centre Manager means an individual or a company engaged and to be paid by the Proprietor for providing his expert services in managing the Centre in accordance with the terms set out in this Agreement and the relevant employment contract which shall be entered into between the individual or company and the Proprietor.
Centre Manager means the person appointed by the Centre Board to carry out the directions of the Centre Board as an employee or volunteer of the Centre, including the general manager, chief executive officer, executive director or any other equivalent position.
