Reliable Evidence means only published reports and articles in the authoritative medical and scientific literature; the written protocol or protocols used by the treating facility or the protocol(s) of another facility studying substantially the same drug, device, medical treatment or procedure; or the written informed consent used by the treating facility or by another facility studying substantially the same drug, device, medical treatment or procedure.
Hire Goods means any Goods which are hired to the Customer;
White Goods means inoperative and discarded refrigerators, ranges, washers, water heaters, freezers, and other similar domestic and commercial large appliances.
Perishable goods means personal property maintained under controlled conditions for its preservation, and susceptible to loss or damage if the controlled conditions change.

The Goods means all of the supplies, equipment, machinery, spare parts, other materials and/or general support services which the Supplier is required to provide to the Procuring Entity under the Contract.
Competent and reliable scientific evidence means tests, analyses, research, studies, or other evidence based on the expertise of professionals in the relevant area, that has been conducted and evaluated in an objective manner by persons qualified to do so, using procedures generally accepted in the profession to yield accurate and reliable results.
An undependable Supplier/s under contract means any Supplier who do not accept the purchase order or who delays the supply of required quantities beyond the permitted delays with liquidated damages
Health-related services means the same as in A.R.S. § 36-401.
The Software means the software designed and developed by the Bidder or the Bidder’s Personnel, and includes the source code and object code along with associated documentation, which is the work product of the development efforts envisaged in the Terms of Reference. It does not include commercial off-the-shelf licensed software (except for the customisation components of such products).
Quantifiable means, in the context of offset projects, the ability to accurately measure and calculate GHG reductions or GHG removal enhancements relative to a project baseline in a reliable and replicable manner for all GHG emission sources, GHG sinks, or GHG reservoirs included within the offset project boundary, while accounting for uncertainty and activity-shifting leakage and market-shifting leakage.
Product Warranty has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3.
Personally Identifiable Financial Information means any information a consumer provides to a party in order to obtain a financial product or service, any information a party otherwise obtains about a consumer in connection with providing a financial product or service to that consumer, and any information about a consumer resulting from any transaction involving a financial product or service between a party and a consumer. Personally Identifiable Financial Information may include, without limitation, a consumer’s first and last name, physical address, zip code, e-mail address, phone number, Social Security number, birth date, account number and any information that identifies, or when tied to the above information may identify, a consumer.
Identifiable includes that the expenditures are recorded in the IP’s accounting system and that the accounting system shows which transactions represent the expenditures reported for each line on the FACE form. The term “verifiable” includes that the expenditures may be confirmed by the records in Article IX.)
