Certificate of Commercial Operation definition

Certificate of Commercial Operation means the certificate submitted by the WDO to BCCL issued in accordance with the WDO Agreement stating that the Washery can commence operation and undertake the process of washing of raw coal to generate the End Products.

More Definitions of Certificate of Commercial Operation

Certificate of Commercial Operation means a certificate delivered by Seller, substantially in the form of Exhibit D to this Agreement.
