Certificate of Common Units definition

Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Units in the MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit B.
Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Units in the MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit C.
Certificate of Common Units means the certificate(s) representing GSR HOLDINGS’ additional interest in MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit C.

More Definitions of Certificate of Common Units

Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Units in the MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit C. “Claim” shall mean any demand, demand letter, claim or notice by a Third Person of noncompliance or violation or Proceeding. “Claim Notice” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 10.3(c). “Closing” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8.1. “Closing Date” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 8.1. “Code” shall mean the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. “Commercially Reasonable Efforts” shall mean efforts which are reasonably within the contemplation of the Parties on the date hereof, which are designed to enable a Party, directly or indirectly, to satisfy a condition to, or otherwise assist in the consummation of, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and which do not require the performing Party to expend any funds or assume liabilities other than expenditures and liabilities which are reasonable in nature and amount in the context of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. “Consideration” has the meaning defined in Section 2.2. “Contracts” shall have the meaning given such term in the definition of Assets. “Defensible Title” shall mean, as to the Assets, such title to the Assets that vests the applicable Entity with indefeasible title in and to the Assets free and clear of Liens other than Permitted Encumbrances. “DETG” shall mean DCP East Texas Gathering, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Units in the MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit B. “Claim” shall mean any demand, demand letter, claim or notice by a Third Person of noncompliance or violation or Proceeding. “Claim Notice” shall have the meaning given such term in Section 10.3(c).
Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Common Units in MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit B-1. “Certificate of General Partner Units” shall mean a certificate representing General Partner Units in MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit B-2. “Claim” shall mean any written demand, claim or notice by a Third Person of noncompliance or violation or Proceeding.
Certificate of Common Units means the certificate(s) representing HOLDINGS’ additional interest in MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit E.
Certificate of Common Units means a certificate representing Units in the MLP in the form of the attached Exhibit B. “CIPCO” shall have the meaning given such term in the Recitals.
Certificate of Common Units means the certificate(s) representing HOLDINGS’ additional interest in MLP in the form of the attached ExhibitE.

Related to Certificate of Common Units

  • certificate of registration means registration with the CPSBC that allows the Participant to practice medicine in British Columbia, other than the certificate of registration which allowed the Participant to enrol in Postgraduate Medical Education;

  • Certificate of organization means the certificate required by section 489.201. The term includes the certificate as amended or restated.

  • Certificate of Completion means the certificate of completion given by the Engineer-in-charge pursuant to clause 40 of these conditions;

  • Certificate of Catholic Practice means a certificate issued by the family’s parish priest (or the priest in charge of the church where the family attends Mass) in the form laid down by the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales. It will be issued if the priest is satisfied that at least one Catholic parent or carer (along with the child, if he or she is over seven years old) have (except when it was impossible to do so) attended Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation for at least five years (or, in the case of the child, since the age of seven, if shorter). It will also be issued when the practice has been continuous since being received into the Church if that occurred less than five years ago. It is expected that most Certificates will be issued on the basis of attendance. A Certificate may also be issued by the priest when attendance is interrupted by exceptional circumstances which excuse from the obligation to attend on that occasion or occasions.   • Certificate of deposit means an instrument containing an acknowledgment by a bank that a sum of money has been received by the bank and a promise by the bank to repay the sum of money. A certificate of deposit is a note of the bank.

  • Secretary of State means the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware.
