Certificate of Full Completion definition

Certificate of Full Completion means a certificate evidencing Full Completion of the Project, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Certificate of Full Completion means a certificate in substantially the form attached as Exhibit D hereto furnished by the Developer and approved by the City pursuant to Section 3.08 upon the completion of the Project.

  • The City’s execution of the Certificate of Full Completion will constitute evidence of the satisfaction of the Developer’s agreements and covenants to construct the Project.
