Examples of Certificate of Full Completion in a sentence

  • The City’s execution of the Certificate of Full Completion will constitute evidence of the satisfaction of the Developer’s agreements and covenants to construct the Project.

  • The Certificate of Full Completion shall be deemed accepted by the City unless, prior to the end of such 30-day period after delivery, the City furnishes the Developer with specific written objections, describing such objections and the measures required to correct such objections in reasonable detail.
