Certificate of Release definition

Certificate of Release means a certificate indicating that the Packaging conforms with the Specifications, signed by a PCI representative and provided to Client following the completion of Packaging in accordance with the Quality Agreement.

More Definitions of Certificate of Release

Certificate of Release means, for each Batch, a document prepared by Tercica certifying that the Batch has met all criteria for release and has been dispositioned for its intended use.
