Certificate Officer definition
Certificate Officer means a Collector, a Sub-Divisional Officer and nay other officer appointed by the State Government to perform the functions of a certificate officer under this Act;
Certificate Officer means a Collector, a Sub-divisional Officer, and any officer, appointed by the Collector, with the sanction of the Commissioner to perform the functions of a Certificate Officer under this Act.
