CFI Act definition

CFI Act means the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 (Cth).

More Definitions of CFI Act

CFI Act means the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 (Cth). Clean Energy Regulator means the Commonwealth entity established by the Clean Energy Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (ABN 72 321 984 210). Commencement Time in respect of an Option Transaction means the time agreed as such by the parties, as specified in the relevant Confirmation. Contracted ACCU in relation to a Transaction means the Delivery Quantity of ACCUs that meets the Agreed Characteristics specified in the relevant Confirmation. Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of Australia. Credit Support Document in respect of a party means the agreement or instrument specified as such with respect to that party in the Elections Schedule, or in respect of a particular Transaction, in the relevant Confirmation. Credit Support Provider in respect of a party means the person specified as such with respect to that party in the Elections Schedule, or in respect of a particular Transaction, in the relevant Confirmation.
