Contracted ACCU in relation to a Transaction means the Delivery Quantity of ACCUs that meets the Agreed Characteristics specified in the relevant Confirmation. Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) of Australia. Credit Support Document in respect of a party means the agreement or instrument specified as such with respect to that party in the Elections Schedule, or in respect of a particular Transaction, in the relevant Confirmation. Credit Support Provider in respect of a party means the person specified as such with respect to that party in the Elections Schedule, or in respect of a particular Transaction, in the relevant Confirmation.
