CFIUS Regulations definition

CFIUS Regulations means Section 721 of Title VII of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. § 4565), and all applicable rules and regulations issued and effective thereunder.
CFIUS Regulations means the regulations set forth in Title 31, part 800 of the Code of Federal Regulations that implement Exon-Xxxxxx.
CFIUS Regulations means the regulations found in 31 C.F.R. Parts 800 to 802, as amended.
