Change Certificate definition

Change Certificate means a certificate issued by the Authority describing and authorizing a Change, the value or method of valuation of the Change, and in the case of a Facility Change occurring prior to the Service Commencement Date the adjustment, if any, to the Project Schedule (including the Target Service Commencement Date);
Change Certificate has the meaning set out in Schedule 6 [Changes, Minor Works and Innovation Proposals];
Change Certificate means a certificate prescribed under the building code or approved by the Minister as a change certificate; (“certificat de modification”)

Examples of Change Certificate in a sentence

  • An Innovation Proposal that is accepted by the Authority will be implemented as a Change and Project Co will not implement an Innovation Proposal prior to the issuance of a Change Certificate.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the implementation of a Change, to the extent Project Co has identified the effect on the Services and such effect has been documented in a Change Certificate, but without duplication of relief that may be provided in a Change Certificate, will constitute an Excusing Event.

  • If the parties have agreed on the Change Report without amendment, it is sufficient for the Change Certificate to be signed by the Authority’s Representative.

  • Except to the extent that a Change Certificate expressly requires otherwise, Project Co will implement a Change in accordance with all the terms of this Agreement, including Schedule 2 [Design and Construction Protocols], Schedule 3 [Design and Construction and Specifications] and Schedule 4 [Service Protocols and Specifications].

  • A Change will come into effect by the Authority issuing to Project Co a Change Certificate signed by the Authority’s Representative.

Change Certificate means a certificate issued by the Authority describing and authorizing a Change, the value or method of valuation of the Change, and in the case of a Facility Change occurring prior to the Final Service Commencement Date the adjustment, if any, to the Project Schedule (including whichever is relevant of the Target First New Service Commencement Date, the Target Second New Service Commencement Date and the Target Final Service Commencement Date);
Change Certificate means a certificate issued by the Authority describing and authorizing a Change, the value or method of valuation of the Change and, in the case of an NG-KIH System Change occurring prior to the Site Completion Date for a Site, the adjustment, if any, to the Project Schedule (including the Target Site Completion Date for such Site);
