Changes Of Classification. Any employee who is a successful applicant for a Job Opportunity Posting and enters a new classification shall be placed at the next highest rate within the classification. In the event the successful applicant is at a rate of pay higher than the top rate in the new classification, they will receive the top rate for that classification and any applicable off-scale wage increases.

  • Changes/Extra Work The SUBRECIPIENT shall make no changes to this CONTRACT without the COUNTY’s written consent. In the event that there are new or unforeseen requirements, the COUNTY with the SUBRECIPIENT’s concurrence has the discretion to request official changes at any time without changing the intent of this CONTRACT.

  • Job Classification means an arrangement of tasks in an establishment or industry into a limited series of jobs or occupations, rated in terms of skill, responsibility, experience, training, and similar considerations, usually for wage setting purposes. This term, or job class, refers to a single cluster of jobs of approximately equal “worth.”

  • Classifications means the classifications contained in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

  • Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(2) hereof, which is required to be placed on all Global Notes issued under this Indenture.

  • Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(iii) hereof.

  • Classification Seniority means the length of service in the classification, calculated from the date the employee enters the classification.

  • film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

  • Restricted Note Legend means a legend substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B-1.

  • Change in Tax Classification has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(h).

  • Global Security Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.6(g)(2), which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.

  • International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;

  • resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State or capital situated therein.

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • Business with which he is associated means any business of which a public servant or his relative is an officer, director, owner, partner, employee or is a holder of more than ten percent (10%) of the fair market value or from which he or his relative derives more than Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) in annual income or over which such public servant or his relative exercises control.

  • Severe forms of trafficking in persons means— (1) Sex trafficking in which a commercial sex act is induced by force, fraud, or coercion, or in which the person induced to perform such act has not attained 18 years of age; or

  • Sustainability Factors means environmental, social and employee matters, respect for human rights, anti‐corruption and anti‐bribery matters.

  • Global warming potential means how much a given mass of a chemical contributes to global warming over a given time period compared to the same mass of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide's global warming potential is defined as 1.0.

  • Non-Affiliate Legend means a legend substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B-3.

  • Classification plan means the orderly arrangement of positions within an agency into separate and distinct job families so that each job family will contain those positions which involve similar or comparable skills, duties and responsibilities [74:840 1.3].

  • Replacement Benchmark means a benchmark rate which is:

  • Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • Business Criteria means any one or any combination of Income before Taxes, Net Income, Return on Equity, Return on Assets, Pre-tax Margin, Free Cash Flow, Valuation or EPS.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Too numerous to count means that the total number of bacterial colonies exceeds 200 on a 47-mm diameter membrane filter used for coliform detection.

  • OID Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(3) hereof to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture that have more than a de minimis amount of original issue discount for U.S. Federal income tax purposes.
