Channel Policies definition

Channel Policies means Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C and Schedule D, and any other Schedule with respect to a Channel that may become a part of this Agreement.
Channel Policies means all the Avaya policies and programs applicable to Distributor or Resellers and available on Avaya Partner Portal (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/salesportal or successor site), as amended by Avaya from time to time at Avaya’s discretion upon prior written notice to Distributor.
Channel Policies means all the Avaya policies and programs applicable to Channel Partners, including without limitation Avaya Connect, and available on the Avaya partner portal (https://www.avaya.com/salesportal or successor site), as amended by Avaya from time to time.

Examples of Channel Policies in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Channel Policies, Avaya hereby appoints Reseller to be an authorized, non-exclusive reseller to (i) purchase and/or license Products and Services from a Distributor only for resale to End Users in the Territory, (ii) using the Products or Services to provide Managed Solutions to End Users in the Territory; and (iii) for Resellers Internal Use in its business.

  • Nothing contained in the Channel Policies may be interpreted to void or conflict with an express term of this Agreement, and where there is such conflict the terms of this Agreement will govern.

  • Benefits (such as access to marketing funds, promotions or additional technical or other support) may be made available at Avaya's discretion and in accordance with the Channel Policies for Reseller's use in promoting, marketing and expanding the selling/licensing of Products and Services.

  • Reseller shall comply with the authorization requirements detailed in the Channel Policies and shall at all times maintain all of the accreditations as detailed in the Channel Policies to sell the Products and Services that the Reseller is authorized to resell or otherwise make available to End Users in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Avaya will post notice of any modification of the Channel Policies and the Channel Policies as modified, on the Avaya partner portal.

  • Reseller shall comply with all Channel Policies applicable to Reseller as posted on the Avaya partner portal (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/salesportal or successor site).

  • Reseller shall periodically check the Avaya partner portal for changes to the Channel Policies.

  • Reseller shall only use and apply the Licensed Trademarks in accordance with Avaya’s Branding Guidelines as set forth in the Channel Policies.

Related to Channel Policies

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • City Policies means any or all (as the context requires) of those procedures, standards and/or standard specifications, requirements, policies and the like listed in Schedule H or notified to the Supplier from time to time, as the same may be updated, modified, expanded, revised, supplemented and/or replaced from time to time by the City (as notified to the Supplier);

  • Privacy Policies has the meaning specified in Section 4.14(e).

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Consensus Policies are those policies established (1) pursuant to the procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws and due process, and (2) covering those topics listed in Section 1.2 of this Specification. The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).

  • Safeguard Policy Statement or “SPS” means ADB's Safeguard Policy Statement (2009);

  • Investment Policies has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.11(c).

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • R&W Policy means that certain representations and warranties insurance policy issued by the R&W Insurer to the Buyer.

  • Company Insurance Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Shared Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(b).

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Policy means Related Party Transaction Policy.

  • Support Services Policy means Elastic’s support services policy for a Product, as further described at a URL referenced in an applicable Addendum.

  • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Guidelines means the Instructions to Authors available on the Xxxxxxx Science website, as well as the Aims & Scope applicable to the relevant Xxxxxxx Science publication). Xxxxxxx Science’s nominated service provider, Xxxxxxx Science, offers English language support services which Assignor may elect to utilise in respect of the Work by completing the applicable box in Schedule 1: Details of the Work. The provision of such services by Xxxxxxx Science shall be subject to Xxxxxxx 2 [v.122016] Science’s prevailing terms and rates relating to such type of optional support.
