Charge over Intellectual Property definition

Charge over Intellectual Property means that certain Charge over Intellectual Property governed by the laws of the United Kingdom among Acorn and Administrative Agent dated on or about the date hereof, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.
Charge over Intellectual Property means that certain Charge over Intellectual Property governed by the laws of the United Kingdom among Acorn and Administrative Agent dated on or about the Original Closing Date, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Administrative Agent.
